Subscription Frequency Choices

You may choose either a monthly or quarterly subscription to suit your needs.

Please note that, due to the limitations of this platform, if you require both quarterly and monthly subscription options, you’ll need to submit 2 forms — one for monthly and one for quarterly. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

When Will I Receive My Beverage?

Currently, we deliver every first day of the month.

Is There A Charge For Shipping?
  • For orders 1 kg and above, shipping is free (Seller ‘s own fleet)
  • There will be a minimal charge for 500 g orders (Singpost Tracked) – ***Please choose the “500 g postal mail” option when selecting your product***
Why Are There Two 500 g Options In The Form?
  • The “500 g (assorted)” option is designed for customers who wish to order a selection of 2 or more 500 g items (qualifying for complimentary shipping)
  • The “500 g (postal mail)” option is designed for customers who would prefer a smaller batch (under 1 kg)
  • Please make your selection accordingly. If unsure, please reach out to us for further clarification
How Do I Stop Or Make Changes To My Subscription?

If you would like to stop or make changes to your subscription, please inform us 2 weeks in advance. This allows us time to process the cancellation or make relevant logistical arrangements. Thank you for your kind understanding!

Can I Subscribe To A Selection Of Products?

Yes, you may! We have a selection of coffee and tea products to keep your pantry well-stocked!

Is This Service Available To Overseas Residents?

This coffee/tea subscription is exclusively available to individuals residing in Singapore. If you require international deliveries, please reach out to us for additional information.
